Who is Spirit-Elite?
Creating an absolutely unique and unforgettable experience is the driving force behind the creation of Spirit-Elite. Colby and Rocky, the co-founders of the company, have been in the hospitality and beverage/catering industry for over thirty years. Early 2014 was when they began to notice a serious lack of motivated, knowledgeable and personable service at events of all varieties. Rocky and Colby both decided they could utilize their passion and expertise to fill this glaring void. Colby and Rocky have put together not only a concept that will stand up to the integrity of any occasion, but will exceed the expectations of any client or guest(s).  The personalization aspect was cut from the same cloth. Their burning desire to go above and beyond has spawned not just a cocktail catering service, but a revolution for the event planning and libation hospitality industries.

Colby Jordan has served in the industry for over 12 years.  The focal point of his career has been on the spirit side with a heavy influence in extreme hospitality.  Over the years Colby has trained under some of the world's best bartenders, and notable people in the cocktail industry.  Equipped with his experience, sommelier certification and a degree from the cicerone program, Colby offers a wide variety of skill and unique ability to pioneer avenues in the personalized cocktail world.  

Rocky Ottley worked his way through the jazz program at UNT by working in the service industry.  Rocky shares a passion for service and hospitality as well as his drive to create incredible never-seen-before innovative cocktails.  He has worked in the service, catering and spirit industry for over 14 years and possesses a wealth of knowledge and unparalleled creativity.  

Christina is an invaluable part of our team at Spirit-Elite. She has extensive knowledge of proper cocktails and dazzling personality. She has a number of accreditations. Chris is a member of the USBG, she is the Future Creator of Eastwood's craft cocktail menu and has years of experience in providing an over the top experience through cocktails and hospitality.

Chris likes to  joke that her bartending days began at the tender age of 12 when she was unknowingly making gin martini’s for Grandfather. He’d say to pour 3 fingers from the green bottle, (Tanq.), and a little vermouth. Nothing Pleases Christina more than leaning across the bar and finding out what interests people. Her favorite cocktail to make is the one the guest will love!

Oh yea, she is also a dog rescuing enthusiast!

Tony is currently serving tantalizing libations at Nickel and Rye in Uptown Dallas as well.
